For the year to December 31, 2009, pre-tax profits were £72,318 – up from £71,683 the previous year.

This is the eighth consecutive year that pre-tax profits have exceeded 350,000.

Total sales for the Thurso-based agricultural co-operative at £5.8m, were up 10% on 2008, with the retail shop in Thurso enjoying a sales boost of 16% on the year. Furthermore, the company says it had a 23% increase in the throughput of cattle and lambs in 2009.
