The number of all-terrain vehicles delivered to dealers last year, fell 4.7% on the year according to a report from the Agricultural Engineers Association.
During 2009, 7423 units were delivered onto agricultural units – a figure which group chairman Phil Everett of Polaris Britain, believes will improve this year.
“Considering the overall economy, the utility ATV market has performed reasonably well – particularly when compared to the sports and leisure ATV market which was affected by price increases due to adverse currency exchange rates and increased production costs,” said Mr Everett.
