Selling store cattle is being made easier with the introduction of a simple declaration form, devised by the Scottish Beef Cattle Association, and to be launched the Highland Show.

Mr Henderson added that this selling document should be used to promote the provenance, health status and unique qualities of Scottish beef calves to underpin the market premium attached to Scottish born calves.
