Sean Richards' Penyborough Tip topped at 4200gns
TRADE for the best of the running dogs on offer was brisk at C and D Auction Marts' sale of 64 working collies and pups at Moffat, where 31 working dogs changed hands to average in the region of £1900.
Selling for the top price of 4200gns was Penyborough Tip, a black and white bitch from Sean Richards, Penyborough. This 13-month-old sold to Northamptonshire-based Graham Humphrey.
Next best at 4000gns was Wisp from Limavady-based trialist, W Goligher. His January 2013-born dog sold to fellow Northern Irishman, M Gallgher, of Co Antrim.
