St Boswells

GRASS lets sold to unprecedented levels at Harrison and Hetherington's St Boswells centre, where more buyers were present than in previous years which resulted in prices above vendors expectations and the highest average per acre seen in five years.

Good grass parks with reasonable handling facilities and a stock person on site were the most sought after with the best parks up 68% although a third of this grass was eligible to BPS claims. Some smaller lets or rougher ground without handling facilities met a similar trade to recent years across the board.

With this take into account, it was a good days trading with the average per acre up just over 50% on last year. account.
