AN on farm sale held at Dents Hall Farm, Ryton, Newcastle, on behalf of F Lowrison, saw well maintained and modern machinery reach a top of £64,000 for a six-year-old Massey Ferguson 7370 PL combine.
With 45 active buyers from across the UK present, next best was £28,800 paid for a 2006 Massey Ferguson 6480 Dyna 6 with 2840 hours on the clock, while a seven-year-old Manitou MLA630 forklift with 600 genuine hours made £26,000.
Other top prices included £18,900 for a 2003 Massey Ferguson 8250 with 4600 hours and £18,800 for a 1997 Massey Ferguson 6190 with MX100 Mailleux loader and 5630 hours.
