The pre-sale reserve champion, a Charolais cross bullock from Messrs Brown, Dunstan Hill, secured the top price of £1750 at Harrison and Hetherington’s fortnightly sale of store cattle at Wooler.
Top price per kg of 398.5p was paid for Limousin bullocks from D Harvey and Son, Shotton.
Limousins from South Ord, led the heifer trade at £1480 and 370p.
