A GOOD selection was presented to a full but cautious ringside of buyers at the annual ram sale at UA, Oban, where shearling rams levelled at £240.90 and ram lambs £161.25.
A top of £620 was paid twice, firstly for a Cheviot from Commonside and again for a Texel from Achnaba. A Texel from Tyree led the lambs at £500.
