Doddie Weir's fundraising for Motor Neurone Disease has already raised a phenomenal amount of money for the charity and there is more to come yet, with this Texel gimmer from Gordon Gray's Ettrick flock from Selkirk being donated at next week's Select Seven sale at Lanark.
The gimmer, a daughter of Knock Papoose is scanned with twins to the 4000gns Hartside All Star and due to lamb mid February.
Kedzlie Farm is also donating a Grade A frozen embryo to the charity from the dam of the 30,000gns Limousin bull, Swalesmoor Liam, at the Red Ladies breed sale at Carlisle. The resulting calf would be sired by the 140,000gns world record priced bull, Trueman Jagger.
