A charity fundarising dressage competition will take place to raise funds for Canter research charities.

In association with Renfrewshire Riding Club and Lawmarnock Farm 'Canter for a Cure Dressage goes PINK!' will take place on Saturday 18, August from 12 noon at Lawmarnock Farm, Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire.

"It's a sad fact to say that most of our lifes have been touched in someway or another by cancer – but with fundraising events like these we can help make the days last longer – 100% of all proceeds raised during this event are going to Cancer Research Charities and its with great thanks to all of the sponsors who have kindly donated time and money to make this all possible," said a club spokesperson.

There will be six classes, including a musicality – walk, trot and canter to your own choice of track!

Dressage will be run to BD rules (with the exception of dress code!)

Times will be available via email and/or text, also available on www.renfrewshirerc.org.uk

Entries close on Wednesday, August 15 and times will be available from Thursday, August 16.
