The Scottish Farmer lifestyle section is tackling a series of features on depression, offering information on where help is available and the causes of this common condition.
Ideally, we would like to have the input of some of Scotland’s farmers who have, or are, suffering with depression, and how they deal with it. All information will be treated with the highest confidentiality, and no names will be published if required. It would give a closer representation of the every day issues that farmers deal with, that can trigger the onslaught of depression.
If you wish to participate, you can email me a comment on karen.carruth@thescottishfarmer.co.uk or you can call me on 0141 302 7750. I am in the office on Tuesday to Thursday each week.
Thanks for you help.
