Craigie’s Farm Deli and Café in South Queensferry has just announced the creation of a brand new sausage flavour in their café and butchery, in what is thought to be a world first!

Following a competition amongst customers, Craigie’s owner, John Sinclair and butcher Steve Mitchell have created a delicious haggis and neeps flavoured sausage.

This new flavour was the brainchild of Craigie’s customer, Aidan Murphy. Aidan and his family win a trip to see Steve Mitchell’s buffalo herd in Fife, as well as the chance to see their flavour on sale at Craigie’s.

John Sinclair said: “It’s really great for us to know that we are delivering what our customers want.

“I would encourage all of our customers to try these new sausages and to tell us if they have any good flavour ideas themselves. Everyone is welcome to come along and try our delicious local food and to come and see the animals – Mango and Chutney the pigs are always a favourite – and spend some time in the countryside.

“Even dogs are welcome in our new dog café which even has its own special menu!”
