Pancakes are very easy to make and taste great.
They can be topped with something as simple as butter or chocolate spread to berries, cream and lemon drizzle. There are so many possibilities.
Here's what you'll need -
100g self-raising flour
50g caster sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp milk
a pinch of salt
What to do -
1. Put the ingretients into a mixing bowl and mix together.
2. Brush a non-stick pan or griddle with oil or butter.
3. Add large spoonfuls of the mixture to the pan when it's hot. You'll know they are ready when bubbles start to appear, when that happens, flip it and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
4. Place them onto a cooling rack - or if you're anything like me eat them straight away - yum!
