Natural new foot care product
A NEW 'natural' way to tackle problems caused by digital dermatitis has been launched by Bolshaw Agriculture.
Its unique new Liquid Foot Care includes specially formulated lime which remains in suspension so that it is transferred directly to the footbath without any preparation.
The viscosity of the product means that successful application is easily visible as each cow emerges from the footbath effectively wearing protective white socks!
A further benefit of the lime-based product is that it reduces acidity in farm effluents.
