NI COMPANY, Blaney, will be making some major launches this year to add to the birth of its own-brand agri-loaders last summer.

It will debut the TL1 10-33 telescopic compact wheeled loader and the L1 10-27 pivot steer loader at Balmoral Show (May 10-13).

Their compact design allow access to hard to reach areas, while low weight allows them to be transported under the 3.5-tonne towing limits by a 4 x 4. Easy driver access also features on the newcomers.

The wheeled loader has 40hp driving the hydrostatic transmission, which has four-wheel-drive and a limited slip differential. Its hydraulic system has a one-tonne lift capacity and a 2.7m reach, or 3.3m for the telescopic model.

A compact hedgecutter and new spray boom range, will be joined by several loaders attachments and ATV accessories.

The hedge cutter has a simple fingerbar-style cutting edge, which has a low friction, self-lubricating design. This gives better performance even when fitted to older tractors with less oil flow.

The compact sprayers range from 400-1200 litres and ‘will compete on price with established brands’. They have high spec’ pumps and control systems, with the booms also featuring added protection to nozzles from accidental damage. This also gives an anti-drift function by protecting the exit point of the nozzle.

Creating a new business to make and sell attachments for its own loader brand, the company’s Load-X smart loader attachments will also be exhibited.

These have been developed to take the hassle out of power washing, digging holes and scraping, said a spokesman.

Its Power Wash 1000 washer can can do most cleaning jobs without the operator ever leaving their seat. Powered by the handler’s hydraulics, there is no need for electrical cables and no need for hoses to get tangled up.

It comes with its own water reservoir, which is baffled to allow safe travel by minimising surges.

It can have a multi-purpose role, with a boom system that can be angled to work on large surfaces, with hand lance reel attachments available for smaller areas. As well as cleaning up farm yards or industrial buildings to clean, it is also effective for road cleaning tasks.

Also new is a range of drill augers, for tree-planting or fencing. These use a high torque gearbox for digger power, even from the compact loader and can be up to 1m in diameter.

There’s also a range of adjustable scrapers to suit a variety of passage widths, developed in response to customer wishes for a more versatile scraper.
