WITH technology becoming more and more advanced each day, the new Q-companion mobile app launched at LAMMA 2018 should help users keep their data together.
This simple app works by conventionally entering work results in a digital format from the seat of the tractor, which then lets you transfer work results from the display into the 'cloud' for storage and backup.
With the app you can see: My activities; activity details; import data using the QR code displayed on the Q-Companion monitor; work results; view in-app manuals.
For instance, the system will answer questions like
'How many bales of hay did I collect from field X this year compared to last year?'; 'How much manure did I spread on field X?'; 'How many pallets of material did I deliver to customer Y?'
The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play and is available from now.
