Kramer is using cutting-edge technology to allow its telehandlers to be more efficient.
This follows a major expansion by Kramer of its agricultural product portfolio by eight models, which have a stacking height from 6 to 9 m. However, in the past couple of weeks several innovations have been added to the range.
A new operating concept is used for all eight telehandlers – the KT306, KT356, KT307, KT357, KT447, KT507, KT557, KT559 models – which gives intuitive operation of all functions by using the electronically pilot-operated all-in-one joystick and a 'jog dial' control element.
The joystick's sensitivity can now be individually tailored and all relevant vehicle data and settings are displayed via a new seven-inch display. Control of the optional reversing camera is also integrated into this display so that no separate output screen is necessary.
The three largest models get a freshened up hydrostatic, wide-angle Kramer-designed drive system, 'ecospeedPRO', which gives more tractive force when working. This technology also allows for driving through the entire speed range from 0 to 40 km/h without shifting.
As a standard, all models are now equipped with the driver assistance system, 'Smart Handling', with three function modes to support the operator in more efficient and convenient operation, said Kramer.
