FED UP securing bales on the trailer while running them in to the steading? Then Joskin has come up with the answer.

The Belgian company's Wago range of bale trailers can now come with hydraulic side ladders which can be lowered to fill the trailer and then lifted to secure the load. They are safely held into position by check valves for transport.

These side ladders work on both sides of the trailer and can also be used as a back stop when loading in the field or yard. They will work with round or square bales – with the latter able to be restrained up to three high, depending on the size of the bale – or even a mixture of both.

Joskin's trailer ranges are available with one, two or three axles, and range from 6-12m in length and with payloads from 7-20 tonnes. Their 2.5m width allows two 1.2m diameter bales to be placed on their edge, side-by-side, to be constrained by the ladders when they are lifted into place.
