THE McCORMICK brand is looking stronger in Scotland, following the appointment of new dealers.
Newcomers include Hamilton Tractors, of Carnwath, covering Lanarkshire; Kirktown Machinery, at Laurencekirk, for south Aberdeenshire and Angus; Robert Cook Ag Engineers, Girvan, who will sell in north and south Ayrshire; and JT Cormack – new McCormick dealers for the Highlands and islands
The appointment of a further four outlets covering areas in the north, south-west and north-east join dealers appointed last year – Fraser Robb, in Stirling; John Drysdale, in Perthshire; and RiteWay Plant, just outside Edinburgh – in supplying new tractors, service, repairs and parts back-up.
Ray Spinks, AgriArgo UK’s general manager and sales director, says the business is still keen to expand: “We’re still keen to talk to those who see an opportunity to build or develop their business with McCormick in areas where we’re not properly represented.”
