ONCE again the Royal Highland Show proved a record breaker and confirmed its status as the UK’s premier farming event.
Congratulations are due to chairman Willie Gill and his entire team.
As ever, though, The Scottish Farmer has a couple of suggestions for next year. They are: Ensure that the water supply to the toilets is replaced and fit for purpose, consider relaxing the rules on kist parties just a little bit, and deliver the decision on whether or not to replace the MacRobert Pavilion as quickly as possible!
