Peyton Edgar and Retties Lady Rose
SIX-YEAR-OLD Peyton Edgar, the granddaughter of Richard and Carol Rettie, Aberdona Mains, Alloa, rode her five-month-old Aberdeen Angus calf, Retties Lady Rose, in the fancy dress competition at Kinross Show.
Affixed upon Lady Rose's rump was a piece of paper with the explanatory message: "Grandad wouldn't buy me a pony..."
