RAASAY DISTILLERY is holding an open day for farmers and crofters to learn more about their local barley trial and future plans to use barley grown on Kyle, Skye and Raasay.
Distillery co-founder Alasdair Day, and UHI Orkney's Peter Martin, will be making a presentation at Raasay Community Hall, at 11.30am on July 26, with tea and coffee beforehand and a barley field visit afterwards.
