AT LAST week’s official opening of the Queensferry Bridge by the HRH The Queen, Kinross livestock farmer Colin Dawes proudly promoted Scottish agriculture by wearing his QMS Specially Selected Pork apron while serving a Scottish reared hog roast.
All those who took to the water in their boats to take part in the celebrations returned to Port Edgar, located on the Firth of Forth, between the iconic Road and Rail Bridges and the new Queensferry Crossing, to enjoy the the cracking hot food. Unfortunately HRH had a prior engagement so was unable to join the party!
