An outdoor sprayer demonstration area will give visitors an exclusive opportunity to test drive the latest sprayers from leading manufacturers, on a one-to-one basis.

The following manufacturers are taking part:

Agrifac

Agrifac’s Condor is equipped with the StabiloPlus chassis, which ensures unrivalled stability, says the company.

Its EcoTronicPlus system provides operators with up-to-date information while spraying and while driving on the road.

Chafer

Chafer's Sentry ‘e’ trailed sprayer has a new ePlumbing system for automatic filling, dilution and rinsing of the sprayer from the tractor seat, while the new Contour boom-levelling system automatically adjusts the boom both above and below horizontal.

Horsch

The Horsch Leeb PT 280 self-propelled sprayer has the award-winning BoomControl Pro system, close nozzle spacing, pneumatic nozzle control and an advanced cleaning system. A Tier 4 285hp Mercedes engine powers a proven hydrostatic transmission and mechanical axle drive for traction in hilly terrain and a 50kph road speed.

John Deere

Its new 6250R tractor will be hitched to a 5200-litre capacity R952i trailed sprayer equipped with the innovative PowrSpray wet system and has a lot of the hi-tech 'toys' being introduced by JD.

Lemken

The Vega is its first 'in-house' trailed field sprayer. It is available with 3000, 4000 and 5000-litre tanks and SEH boom widths of 15 to 24m.

Lite-Trac

Lite-Trac’s SS2400 is fitted with a 5000-litre tank and 36m bi-fold duo boom, a pre-production dual-use boom that has been under test. Designed to spray and apply Avadex at the same time, with up to 24 sections controlled automatically on chemical and solids, the machine is said to provide very accurate application across 36m.
