ROBIN MCGREGOR was presented with his long service medal at the Black Isle Show earlier this month, by show president Stephen MacKenzie and The Lord Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty, Mrs Janet Bowen. The medal represents 30 years of service with Garrogie Estate, a 36,000 acre hill farm on the south side of Loch Ness, where Robin is the farm manager, running 2000 hill ewes. Robin's wife of 40 years Isabell (pictured here with her husband) and his daughter Christina were also present, but unfortunately his sons Robert and Michael were unable to attend due to shearing commitments!
