Police in Wiltshire have issued a warning after motorbikes and dirt bikes were ridden across farmland.
The recent incident reportedly took place on the farmland adjacent to the Pockeridge Road area of Corsham.
Corsham’s Neighbourhood Policing team has received several complaints concerning the use of these bikes and acted to alert potential offenders via a post on Facebook.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Riding motorcycles across private farmland is illegal and anyone caught doing so may have action taken against them including having their bikes seized.
“We will be working in conjunction with local land owners to detect anyone using land in this manner and taking the appropriate action against the offenders.”
