Falkirk butcher wins award

FALKIRK BUTCHER Patrick's of Camelon was presented with the MacDuff award for the best Scotch Beef product at the Q–Guild Awards in the Butcher's Hall in London last week.

On hand to present the award to Robert Patrick – which was for his beef short ribs – were Jesme Brown, of MacDuff beef suppliers Gaindykehead Farm, and food critic Jay Raynor
