It's St Andrews Day - so eat Scotch Lamb!

SCOTS SHOULD make Scotch Lamb the centrepiece of their St Andrew's day dinner, according to Rural Affairs Secretary Richard Lochhead, who visited his local Tesco in Elgin last weekend to highlight the fact that the meat is at its very best in November.

With that in mind, Quality Meat Scotland produced a St Andrew's Day menu card, featuring Scotch Lamb and other Scottish ingredients, which was this week distributed to shoppers in Tesco stores around the country.
