Sima kicks of this month

THE 75th Sima-Simagena International Agri-Business Show is getting closer and promises to be a show for the whole world of agriculture.

The show will be held from February 24 until February 28 in the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition centre and will see 123 countries participating.

This year's theme of efficient, sustainable agriculture more than ever reflects the international and innovative dimension of Sima-Simagena in the fields of agricultural equipment, livestock breeding and renewable energy.

Martine Dégrement, the exhibition director said: "All the lights are green. Professionals in the agricultural equipment world are keen to participate in this 75th show. We have already registered 1,350 exhibitors from more than 40 countries, representing 1,670 brands. Given the particularly favourable economic climate and the innovation perpetually taking place to meet the requirements of farmers and breeders,

Sima-Simagena 2013 promises to be a real business show, a benchmark in the world of agriculture."

This 75th show will also showcase major innovations in the SIMA Innovation Awards.
