The Scottish Farmer investigates the soft fruits labour crisis
In the final part of our investigation in to the soft fruits labour crisis we speak to the politicians who have been calling on Westminster for a solution for the industry.
We meet the politicians during their visit to fruit farms in the east-coast of Scotland, where they hear first-hand from farmers the depth of the labour issue facing the soft fruits industry.
We discover there is cross-party support for the reinstatement of a seasonal agricultural workers scheme and now it lies with Theresa May and her cabinet to take action.
