SCOTTISH DAIRY Graham’s has launched the UK’s first 1% fat organic milk, which will be available in 380 Sainsbury’s stores across the UK from this week.

Certified by the Soil association, the new milk – which falls between the 1.6% fat of semi-skimmed, but well above the 0.1% of the skimmed variety – will be available in a 2-pint carton for 90 pence or a 4-pint for £1.85, as seen here with Graham’s marketing director, Carol Graham.
