The pair were taking part in 'Cirque de Craigie' when Ringmaster Craig popped the question to his unsuspecting girlfriend of two years, who was playing a clown.
Amber, of Little Bargour, said: "After the vote of thanks ended they handed back to Craig. I didn't have a clue, he called me over, gave a speech and got down on one knee. I couldn't stop shaking, our families were all watching in the audience – he done well!
"He proposed on the Thursday night but on the Friday the fire alarm went off and everyone had to be evacuated so the show was cancelled," she added. "Everyone keeps saying it was lucky he proposed on the Thursday."
