A NEW sponsor has been announced for the talent shows organised by the Scottish Association of Young Farmers’ Clubs as Scotmin Nutrition will support the West Region Talent Spot and the East Region Cabaret.

The two events are a highlight of the calendar year as participating clubs take to the stage for a 10-minute performance of singing, dancing and comedy, and will see the supplement company take on the role of main sponsor.

“Every year we have been blown away by the calibre of performance, the time and dedication that goes into rehearsing is clear and we are only too happy to support SAYFC in presenting such fantastic spectacles,” said Scotmin Nutrition marketing co-ordinator, Graeme Warnock.

“Being able to support both the Talent Spot and East Cabaret allows us to give back to the agri-community and support those who are vital to our business.”

Both regional chairmen, David Lawrie in the East and Andrew Ireland in the West, expressed their gratitude in what they hope will be two more sell-out events, particularly as the Talen Spot will celebrate its 50th anniversary.

The East Region Cabaret will take place on Saturday, February 10, at Perth Concert Hall, followed by the West Region Talent Spot on the Saturday, March 10, at the Clyde Auditorium, Glasgow.
