A NEW world record price paid for a working sheep dog has been claimed of almost £15,000 set at Skipton Auction Mart’s late spring sale for a 16-month old dog from Ireland.
Unfortunately, our readers are left to guess at the buyer and seller, as we remind all buyers, sellers and auctioneers of our policy of only reporting sales that allow publication of the names of the buyer and, of course, the price paid.
