SIR, – It is with a heavy heart I feel I must point out to my fellow Muller producers that, in my opinion, the new contracts and pricing schedules are a sham and merely another method of avoiding paying producers the headline price.

It is, in this day and age, a disgrace that such an influential company sees stricter penalties and tighter contractual terms as one of its ‘visions for growth’.

To add insult to injury, by signing the contract you are by default condoning the incompetent and ineffective representation that alleges to defend your business interests.

The current contract and pricing schedule is the fruit of their labour. Is this a job well done?

So, ask your representative if they are proud of their efforts (if they have an aligned contract, please read term 2.4 of your contract; they are less likely to care about you).

Ask your representative if they have any real say in what goes on because we all know only Ronald Kers sets the headline price. In this case, why should we pay for the burden of this representation?

Or, just ask your representative to give you a letter stating that it is completely legal to force you to pay for representation that merely creates the illusion that they can make significant changes. I feel certain the nodding donkeys may shake their heads for the first time in a long time.

The only people fit to represent me are those who consider the new schedule and contract utterly scandalous.
I for one will not sign on the dotted line!
