TOP HONOURS at Campsie Show went to Jack Brewster's dairy section champion Boclair Windbrook Hope, a third-calver Holstein Friesian, by Gillette Windbrook out of Boclair Goldwyn Hope, that is sister to last year's RHS reserve champion.
Standing in reserve overall was the Prentices' beef section topper Banrigh 5 of Hyndford, a two-year-old Highland heifer by Alexander of Glengorm out of Banrigh of Hyndford, that was first placed at Dalry and Kilmalcolm.
The biggest competition of the day was in the sheep lines, however, where the Robertsons of The Beeches emerged triumphant, topping the interbreed with their Mule section champion, a ewe lamb out of a home-bred son of G84 Midlock...
