Agricar Limited is a successful family owned agricultural business with sites throughout Scotland. Established in 1986 it now employs 120 staff. We are market leaders in agriculture, groundcare and homeowner products, holding the market leading New Holland franchise along with many other brands.

An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team. Are you an enthusiastic and highly motived individual? Agricar are looking for an Agricultural Sales Representative to join our busy Dundonald depot and cover central/east Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a position within a successful business, where an excellent rate of pay and competitive benefits package is on offer.

We require our Sales Representatives to have the following skills & characteristics,
· Ideal candidates will have proven or general experience selling to farmers and ideally bring a network of well-established contacts within the farming community to complement and develop the existing customer base
· You will be required to carry out professional demonstrations with our main line products and must have a keen interest and knowledge of agricultural machinery and advanced farming techniques and practices
· You will be required to develop and build even stronger relationships with both new and existing customers within your designated territory. A drive to succeed & close your own deals are essential. Ability to follow up sales enquires and build a good customer relationship
· Proactive
· Conscientious
· Ideally a strong agricultural background
· Good time-keeping skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Able to work well in a team environment
