A BRITISH Blue cross Holstein led Martin and Jenna Adamson's dispersal of the Westminster Acres dairy herd at Carlisle, attracting the top bid of 2100gns from Messrs Kellet and Son, Hexham.

Messrs Bowe, Carlisle, then went to 1920gns for a fresh second calved Holstein cow giving 40litres.

Messrs Hogarth, Ayrshire and Messrs Beaty, Egremont, also went to 1900gns for fresh second calvers.
