PRICES peaked at £820 per head at Lawrie and Symington's annual sale of Blackface ewe lambs when a pen of five from Paul Coulson, High Staward, sold to Mark Harrison, Northern Ireland.

Next best at £580 was a pen of six from David Morrison, Dalwyne, purchased by Kevin McAleer, Northern Ireland.

Overall, 4942 lambs levelled at £85.72, a rise of £2.81 on the year, for 1028 fewer sold.
