Bullocks and heifers averaged 192.24p and 190.40p respectively.

A strong trade was met at Hope's auctioneers sale where trade peaked at £1780 for the champion in the store cattle show, a Limousin heifer from messrs Robinson, Bog Hall.

Reserve was awarded to a 10-month-old Blonde cross bullock from J and H Greenbank, the Faulds which went on to sell for £1025.

Bullocks sold to £1325 for a Charolais from Prior House, Murray whilst bulls peaked at £1195 for a Limousin from Cunningarth.
