BIDDING reached £60,000 for this Dalchirla shearling to top a big day at Dalmally on Saturday October 19, 2019. Sold by Ian and Patsy Hunter, Dalchirla, Muthill, near Crieff, this topper is by a home-bred son of a £24,000 Connachan and out of a dam by a £15,000 Midlock. The Wight family from Midlock, the McArthurs from Nunnerie, and the Barclays from Harestone, split the cost. Video work: Ian Latimer.
