Swaledale gimmers levelled at £124, up £36.24 on the year, backed up at top prices of £320 and £300 from Messrs Lightfoot, Gillside.

Herdwick ewes averaged £70, up £16 on the year, with prices peaking at £220 and £210, from G Bland, Clea Hall, and Cheviot ewes sold to £185 for a pen of 40 from R Weir, Chapel Farm.
