Top price at the Three Nations draft sale of Suffolk females at Carlisle, was 15,000gns paid for a gimmer from Dennis Taylor's Ballynacannon flock from Northern Ireland.
The gimmer, 'plucked' from Mr Taylor's flushing team, is by Malinhead Maverick and out of a ewe by Mountford Mustang. She sold carrying a single to the 26,000gns Birness Freedom and with a recipient ewe carrying twin embryos to Tolgus Pretty Boy, to Charlie Boden, Sportsmans, Stockport.
A cracking trade throughout saw Aberdeenshire breeder, Jim Innes sell two of the top lots at 10,000gns and 6500gns from his Strathbogie flock.
Mark Priestley, who owns the Limestone flock in Northern Ireland, sold two females at 9000gns and Stewart Lathangie's Pyeston flock from Glenrothes, Fife, received 7500gns for a gimmer.
