Home-bred British Blue cross heifer topped the sale at £4600
Prices peaked at £4600 or 688.6p per kg at William and David Moir's annual sale of bulling heifers from Newmill, Rathen, Fraserburgh, to average £2388 for 105.
The sale, staged at Aberdeen and Northern Marts' Thainstone Centre, was topped by a home-bred British Blue cross heifer which was purchased by James Alexander, Jalex, Randalstown, Northern Ireland.
