A large attendance of potential buyers saw a good quality entry of poultry and hatching eggs sell well at Aberdeen and Northern Marts' rare breeds sale at Thainstone.

The event which attracted 482 cages of poultry, 98 lots of hatching eggs and 34 lots of poultry equipment saw prices peak at £320 for a trio of white peafowl.
