Blackface hoggs sold to £100 per head for the champion pen at a breed show and sale of prime old season lambs at C and D Auction Marts' Longtown, centre, last week.
Judge Philip Burton of West Scottish Lamb, found his champion winners in a pen from Messrs Simpson, Kirkhouse, which passed the weighbridge at 48kg per head and sold for £100 per head.
