FIFE Foxhounds are holding a hunter trial at Montrave, Saturday, March 31, with some new changes this year.

This competition has been a well established part of the eventing calendar, but this year the course will be able to make use of more of the grass fields at Montrave above and to the north and west of the estate. The parking will also be moved.

These changes will allow easier access in case of bad weather as well as making it possible to make good use of the many exciting new jumps which have been built by Colin Campbell. There will classes for adults and children at three different heights – open and novice classes at approximately 75cm, 90cm and 1m. as well as qualifiers for the Knockhill Horse Power / British Horse Society Scotland Cross-country Series Final 2012.

Schedules are available from www.fifefoxhounds.org or http://branches.pcuk.org/fife/ and the closing date is March 26, 2012.
