INTERNATIONAL event rider Ian Stark OBE is running the London marathon.
"Ten years ago I finished the London marathon I vowed 'never Again' but well, Jenny said it's like having babies you forget the pain and suffer
again!," said Ian.
"I, on the other hand have not forgotten the pain, of running that is, but for some insane reason have decided to run again in London in two weeks time,
April 21.
I am running to raise funds for SPARKS, a great charity that pioneers research into medical conditions affecting the health of babies, children and mums-to-be
and improve the treatment, cure and prevention of these conditions today and in the future. Don't expect a record time for my run, at 59 I think I will be more of the tortoise rather than the hare!"
