SCOTTISH berry grower and supplier, Angus Soft Fruits, has triumphed at the UK Fruit and Vegetable Awards, held earlier this week in Coventry.
The berry specialists were named winners of ‘Fresh Produce Grower / Supplier of the Year’, in recognition for the exceptional growth within the business, increasing turnover by 56% in three years.
This success and market outperformance has been achieved through collaboration and innovation with customers and producers, suggested ASF sales director David Buxcey: “We are absolutely delighted to have won this award. This win is a reflection of our commitment to producing the highest quality berries for our customers”.
“Angus Soft Fruits has been in business for 25 years this year, and we’re incredibly grateful for the increase in business we’ve won over the last three years. It is a testament to the quality of our fruit and all our growers’ hard work.”
