GILLIAN SMEATON of East of Scotland Farmers has been announced as the winner of the Outstanding Customer Service Award at the National SQP Awards 2019. Ms Smeaton was presented with the award at a ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington last Thursday, having topped a record-breaking year for the awards, which received more entries than ever before, across all categories of 'Suitably Qualified Person' animal health advisers
